Bliss Bundles is a premium human hair brand based in Ireland. We are looking for a freelance content and social media manager to help us establish a consistent content strategy, increase brand awareness and generate sales through Instagram and TikTok.
Initial budget: €80–€300 per month, depending on experience and deliverables.
Initial responsibilities: -
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and schedule approximately 4 posts per week, adapted for Instagram and TikTok.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and clear calls to action.
- Work with existing product footage, creator content and AI-generated campaign assets.
- Monitor content performance, website traffic and purchase intent.
- Provide a concise monthly report with recommendations.
Ideal candidate:
- Has experience with beauty, hair, fashion or e-commerce brands.
- Understands short-form video and conversion-focused content.
- Can work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Can demonstrate previous work and explain the results achieved.
